结构和体积含量对纤维织物渗透率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究树脂在增强材料中的流动特性是发展树脂转移成形(RTM)技术的基础,增强材料的渗透率是表征树脂在织物中流动特性的重要参数。本文用恒压中心注射法测定了2维和2.5维玻璃纤维织物的渗透率,结果表明,织物的编织结构影响渗透率的主轴方向和大小,织物体积含量影响织物渗透率的大小和各向异性程度。 Study of flow characteristics of resin through reinforcement is the basis for developing RTM. Permeability of reinforcement is a important parameter for describing the flow characteristics of resin. In this paper, the permeability of 2D and 2.5D fibre glass woven is determined using constant pressure radial injection experiment. The results indicated how the woven structure affects the main axis and magnitude of permeability and the volume content of fibres affects the magnitude and extent of anisotropy.
