摘要
应用有限差分方法计算了工业铝电解槽阴极三维空间的电场分布。讨论了160kA和 135 kA 两种不同容量预焙阳极电解槽的阴极电场特性,绘制出阴极电位等值图,分析了影响阴极电场特性的诸因素。研究了改善阴极性能。
Finite difference method is applied to calculate the 3--dimensional distribu-tion of electric field for a cathode of aluminium electrolysis cell. Discussingthe features of electric field for two cells of 160 kA and 135 kA each with pre-baked anode, various iso-potential diagrams of cathodes are plotted to inves-tigate all the influencing factors on cathod's electric field. Based on these res-ults, measures to be taken to improve the capability of reducing voltage dropare proposed.
