摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管狭窄的疗效。方法对13例输尿管狭窄的患者应用输尿管镜下钬激光内切开治疗。结果13例狭窄均扩张成功,梗阻解除,无输尿管穿孔、损伤、出血、漏尿等并发症。术后复查B超或IVP,13例肾积水和输尿管扩张明显减轻,12例狭窄段消失或较术前增宽。结论输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管狭窄,疗效确切、安全可靠且微创。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ureteroscopic Holmium-laser for ureteral stricture. Method 13 cases of ureteral stricture underwent ureteroscopic internal urethrotomy by Holmium laser. Results All the operations were successfully conducted and free from obstruction. There was no ureter perforation, injury, hemorrhage and leakage of urine occurred. Radiologic evaluation showed hydronephrosis and dilatation of ureter improved in 13 cases and stricture site disappeared or broadening in 12 cases. Conclusions Ureteroscopic Holmium laser is an effective, safe and minimally invasive method for ureteral stricture.
