摘要
采用参与式林业的方法,调查了小陇山林区社区参与天保工程的现状,分析研究了目前在国有林业企业内部、外部及天保工程项目设计、决策等方面影响社区参与天然林保护的制约因素,提出了促进社区参与天然林保护的对策建议。
By the method of participated forestry, the present conditions of communities participating in natural forest protection in Xiaolongshan forest area was investigated and analyzed the present restraining factors affecting communities participating in natural forest protection in the aspects of inside and outside of state forest enterprise, project design and decision- making of natural forest protection engineering and so on. And the countermeasures and advices for promoting communities participating in natural forest protection were put forward.
