摘要
在摩擦学和传热学理论的基础上,进行了滚子轴承内部温度分布的研究.运用计算流体力学分析软件FLUENT对以风机轴承、转子、轴承座为一体的系统建立了温度场数值仿真模型.对5种不同润滑脂容积比状态的模型进行了轴承温度场的数值模拟,研究了环境温度、运行负荷和润滑脂容量变化时滚动轴承内部温度的特征,并应用于现场223型滚子轴承的温度诊断技术中.
On the basic theories of heat transfer and tribology of roiling bearing, the temperature distribution within rolling-element bearing was investigated. A temperature simulation model of roiling bearing system consist of axis,rotor and bearing base was built up with the CFD code Fluent. Five cases with different grease to lubricant ratio were simulated and the temperature fields were obtained. The features of rolling-element bearing temperature changing with the environmental temperature and rotor speed of fan and grease lubrication ratio were obtained. The solutions of numerical calculated of No. 223 roiling bearing were applied in temperature diagnosed on the spot.
