摘要
稳定机构的装配误差是造成视轴偏差的重要误差源。应用PIOGRAM图方法,以典型的直接式方位-俯仰式结构为例,分析了机械装配精度产生的运动学影响,并据此引入平台控制系统进行仿真研究,表明了各项误差与干扰运动的耦合关系。研究结果对平台总体设计阶段的精度分配具有借鉴作用。
The assembling errors for the stabilization mechanism can significantly influence the performance of sight-line stabilization. The paper analyzed the kinematics influence of these errors using the PIOGRAM method, taking the azimuth-elevation mechanism of direct stabilization as an example. Its simulation study was made in the control subsystem. The simulation results reveal the coupling relation between the assembling errors and disturbance motions, which provide a reference for the allocation of accuracy in general design of the platform.
