摘要
目的研究BIRC3在常见舌苔中的表达水平。方法应用基因芯片和荧光定量PCR技术检测舌癌病人舌黏膜BIRC3 mRNA的表达。结果不同舌苔BIRC3 mRNA表达水平具有显著性差异,从高到低依次为:白薄苔>黄厚苔>黄薄苔>无苔>白厚苔>胎儿白薄苔。结论不同舌苔舌上皮细胞BIRC3基因表达水平存在明显差异,BIRC3与不同舌苔形成关系密切。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the expression of BIRC3 in common tongue coatings. METHOD Scan array and fluorescent quantitation PCR technique were used to examine the expression of BIRC3 mRNA on tongue Mucosa of patients with tongue cancer. RESULT There were marked differences in the expression of BIRC3 mRNA of different tongue coatings. CONCLUSION Great differences exist in the expression of the tongue epithelial cell BIRC3, which is closely related to the formation of different types of tongue coatings.
