摘要
分析了不同烧伤程度大鼠肝、脾、肾和骨骼肌内4种急性期蛋白(APR),即α1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)、α1-抗胰蛋白酶(AT)、白蛋白(Alb)和转铁蛋白(Trf)mRNA水平的动态变化特征,结果表明:①肝脏是合成各种APR的主要场所;②即使是小面积的烧伤也可以诱发急性期反应,除了Trf外,其余APRmRNA的表达水平随着烧伤程度的增加而增加;③烧伤后血清Alb水平下降是急性期反应的特征,但在mRNA水平上并不下降而是增加。
The dynamic changes in the levels of acute phase reactant(APR) mRNA in different tissue of rats receiving a 10% or 60% TBSA fullthickness burn were studied.The results of the study indicated that (1) the major site of APR synthesis was the liver;(2) even a small surface burn injury could elicit a rapid acute phase response,but the intensity of APR mRNA expression increased with the severity of the burn.(3) the down regulation of albumin mRNA,which was characteristic of the acute phase response,did not occur even though transfterrin (Trf) mRNA levels were significantly decreased.
