齿条双齿轮伺服机构的设计

摘要 为了满足数控大型机床的设计需要,建立了齿条双齿轮伺服机构设计参数优化数学模型,并根据数学模型设计出计算方法和优化程序。运用传递矩阵结合信号流程图的方法,分析了齿条双齿轮机构的动态特性和薄弱环节。研究表明,在床身长 5m以上的数控大型机床上,采用齿条双齿轮机构会获得良好的动态特性;在齿条双齿轮机构中,末端轴的刚度和第一级齿轮惯量是其薄弱环节。在 C84100B 轧辊车床设计中,本文的研究得到了成功的应用。 To meet the design requirements of heavy--duty NC machine tools, a mathe-matic model for optimizing the performance parameters of rack--double pinionservomechanism is developed, with calculating method and optimization proceduredetermined. Dynamic behavior and adverse factors of the mechanism arediscussed in detail by means of transmission matrix together with signal flowchart. It is indicated that for a heavy--duty NC machine tool with its bed 5meters long over, excellent dynamic behavior will be got when taking theadvantage of rack--double pinion servomechanism. But the stiffness of endshaft and the moment of inertia of the first transmission gear are found to bethe adverse factors of the mechanism. The investigation results have beenapplied successfully to the design of C84100B roll lathe.
