摘要
目的研究吲哚二甲川菁染料的绿色合成及部分染料的紫外-可见光谱性质。方法参照绿色化学的原则,采用微波辐照法,以哌啶为催化剂,在无溶剂条件下快速合成4种吲哚二甲川菁染料,并用1H NMR,IR,UV-vis确证产物的结构。结果提供了绿色合成吲哚二甲川菁染料的方法;所用无溶剂微波辐照法合成吲哚二甲川菁染料,既减少杂质的引入,又避免使用大量有机溶剂,反应条件温和,操作简便,后处理简单;合成的染料在不同溶剂中的最大吸收、摩尔消光系数有较大差别。结论染料的最大吸收波长基本随溶剂的折光率增大而红移;溶剂的折射率对于染料光谱吸收有一定影响。合成所需时间短、产率高,绿色环保。
Aim To investigate a green synthetic method of dimethincyanine dyes with indole nucleus and UV-vis properties of selected dye. Methods According to the principle of green synthesis, with the assistance of microwave irradiation, catalyzed by piperidine, synthesize the four kinds of dimethincyanines with indole nucleus without any solvent. The products were identified by Z H NMR, IR, UV-vis. Results A green synthetic method of dimethincyanine dyes with indole nucleus was provided; The procedure not only decreased the entrance of impurities, hut also avoided using a lot of organic solvents, and had advantages of mild reaction condition, easy operation and simple aftertreatment; The maximum absorption and molar extinction coefficient of synthesized dye was different in various solvent. Conclusion The maximum absorption wavelength of dye had a red-shift with the increasing of refractive index of solvents. The refractive index of solvents had certain influences to spectral absorption of dye. The preparation had advantages of short reaction times, high yield and a environmentally friendly pathway.
