摘要
目的研究银杏不同部位中的黄酮类化合物含量的分布规律。方法采用有机溶剂索氏提取法,利用分光光度计、高效液相色谱等分析仪器对几种银杏叶、银杏外种皮、银杏果梗中黄酮类化合物活性成分进行了提取和含量测定,并对其分布规律进行了分析研究。结果黄酮类化合物在银杏叶中质量分数为1.9%左右,在银杏梗中的质量分数为0.5%-0.7%,在外种皮中的质量分数为0.1%-0.8%。结论银杏叶中黄酮类化合物含量最高,是理想的提取原料;银杏叶梗和外种皮中含较少量的黄酮,从资源综合利用和环保角度考虑,同样可作为提取原料。
Aim To study the rule of content distribution on the flavonoid compounds the peduncle of Ginkgo Biloba L. Methods Extract elavonoid compounds in different using Soxhlet's extracting method and detect them by the spectrophotometer and HPLC. flavoniod compounds is 1.9% in the leaves of Ginkgo Biloba L, 0. 1% -0. 8% in the in the leaves, the testa and parts of Ginkgo Biloba L by Results The content of the testa and 0. 5% -0. 7% in the peduncle. Conclusion The leaves of Ginkgo Biloba L have a higher content of flavonoid compounds than the testa and the peduncle, and is a ideal extracting material. The others also have some flavonoid compounds, and can be used as extracting material considering about comprehensive utilization and environmental protection.
