摘要
应用免疫组织化学方法研究25例阴茎癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）和表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）的表达水平。结果发现在表达阳性的PCNA和EGFR分别定位于肿瘤细胞核内和细胞膜上，25例阴茎癌组织中PCNA阳性检出率为80％（20／25），EGFR为56％（14／25）。并且PCNA和EGFR阳性表达率与用茎癌的病理分级和临床分期关系密切。提示PCNA和EGFR免疫学指标可评估阴茎癌的预后。
Determination of expression of PCNA and EGFR was done in 25penile cancers using immunohistochemical technic. Positive expression of PCNA and EGFR was found in the nuclei and on the cellular membrane. The positive expression rates of PCNA and EGFR in penile cancers were 80%(20/25 ) and 56%(14/25) respectively, and were correlated with stage of disease and histological grade of the tumor. These results suggest that PCNA and EGFR immunolabelling may be used in the evaluation of the prognosis of penile cancer patients.
