宫颈癌热放化随机分组治疗 被引量:2

A Randomized Trial of Hyperthermo-radiochemotherapy for Uterine Cervix Cancer

摘要 采用随机分组法将120例宫颈癌病人分为单纯放疗组(A)、热放疗组(B)、放化疗组(C)、热放化疗组(D);治疗结束时评价近期疗效,结果表明:热放化疗组(D)疗效优于单纯放疗组(A)、热放疗组(B)及放化疗组(C),其它三组疗效相似。 120 patients with uterine cervix carcinoma were randomized to 4 treatment groups: radiotherapy alone (A group ), hyperthermo-radiotherapy (B group ), radio-chemotherapy (C group ) and hyperthermo-radiochemotherapy (D group). Effect was assessed after treatment. The results showed that hyperthermoradiochemotherapy was the most effective while the other groups yielded similar result.
