摘要
为了探讨种植义齿固定螺丝服役中磨损的原因，对ＭＤＩＣ（ＭｉｌｉｔａｒｙＤｅｎｔａｌＩｍｐｌａｎｔＣｅｎ－ｔｕｒｅ，全军牙科种植中心）种植义齿固定螺丝服役前后的表面改变，进行了扫描电子显微镜观察。结果发现，３６枚服役后的固定螺丝均有明显的缝隙腐蚀。作者认为，缝隙腐蚀和摩擦受力是螺丝受磨损的主要原因，缝隙腐蚀的存在加快了磨损的过程。建议选用机械性能与耐腐蚀性能优于纯钛的钛合金作种植体材料，采取防缝隙腐蚀措施，以提高固定螺丝耐磨损性能，延长种植义齿的使用寿命。
The loss of screw is one of the clinic complication in MDIC implant denture cases. The purpose of this study is to find the cause of loss of screw. The authors has studied MDIC implant denture with SEM before and after employ of the screw and found that the causes of screw loss were crevice corrosion and friction pressure. Crevice corrosion may promote the loss of screw. Base the above condition, it is necessary to select Ti alloy screw and associat with anticorrosive measure in MDIC implant denture construction.
