摘要
利用从垃圾中分离、筛选、驯化的高温菌群对生活垃圾进行接种好氧堆肥实验,通过堆肥过程中微生物数量、温度的变化等来研究接种高温菌群在生活垃圾好氧堆肥过程中的作用,以及接种高温菌群与不接种高温菌群好氧堆肥效果的差异。结果表明,接种高温菌群后,好氧堆肥高温阶段持续时间增长,加快了有机物的降解速度,从而缩短了堆肥周期。
This paper introduced the aerobic composting of the urban domestic waste inoculated by the thermophilic microbial community which was isolated, filtrated and domesticated from the waste. The effect of the inoculation of the thermophilic microbial community and the difference between the inoculation and non-inoculation were studied through the changes of microbe numbers and temperature. The result shows that the inoculation of the thermophilic microbial community can make the composting keep a long time in the high temperature and enhance the speed of decompose of the organic matter.
