摘要
从设备控制方案改进方面介绍目前压力筛的堵塞处理方案,即当压力筛一旦出现堵网的趋势时,控制系统就执行预处理环节。相应地大大降低了筛网的堵塞,从而也大大增强了系统的稳定性、可靠性和安全性。
This article takes screening control as an example, introduces the pressure screen plugging＇s treatment program from improvement of control scheme, when pressure screen is showing plugging tendency, the control system executes pre-treatment. Correspondingly it greatly reduces the probability of screen plugging, thus greatly improves the system＇s stability, reliability and security.
