摘要
常规设计是将一些与设计有关的参数当作不变量处理,未能顾及它们因制造、测量、材质等因素的影响呈现的随机性,往往导致零件不可靠而失效。针对纤维分离机V带频繁发生断裂问题,运用可靠性设计理论对V带传动的不打滑可靠性和疲劳强度可靠性进行分析,找出了V带因疲劳可靠度不足而失效的原因,并提出了采用窄V带传动的改进方法。在保持原设计参数不变的条件下,带的截面尺寸降低一个等级,仍可以大幅度提高带传动的疲劳强度可靠性,且使传动的体积和重量减小。
Parameters concerning design are regarded as invariable in traditional design. In fact, under the condition such as material quality, manufacture, measure, parts function parameters of outer load, geometric size and material strength are indefinable. It leads parts failure for unreliability. Considering the case which fiber separator V-beh transmission broke frequently, reliable design theory was applied to analyze its fatigue reliability and slip reliability, The reason of V-belt failure was found that its fatigue reliability was not enough, and an improvement of narrow V-beh transmission was adopt to solve problem, It greatly develops reliability of fiber separator V-beh transmission under the condition that orginal design parameters are constant and section size of V-beh reduces one grade.
