摘要
根据腹膜透析原理,结合中西医对慢性肾衰的病机认识,选用参麦注射液配合腹透进行研究,观察其对5/6肾切除慢性肾衰大鼠的影响。结果显示:单纯腹透、腹透加参麦肌注或腹透加参麦腹腔内使用均能显著降低BUN、Scr(尿素氮、肌酐),减缓肾脏病理改变;其中腹透配合参麦腹腔内给药降低BUN作用显著强于单纯腹透组。肾脏体镜视学分析显示,参麦配合腹透对肾脏代偿性肥大及肾小球硬化的改善作用显著好于单纯腹透组,且以腹透加参麦腹腔内使用效果最好。揭示参麦注射液配合腹透能延缓5/6肾切除大鼠的肾脏病理进程。其机制可能与腹透加强代谢产物排泄,参麦液改善血液动力学、抗凝、扩血管等因素有关。
Effect of 'Shenmai Injection'(SMI)combination with peritoneal dialysis on chronic renal failure of rat with five- sixth nephrectomize was studied. The results showed that BUN,Scr were significantly reduced and kidney pathological changes were delayed in groups of single dialysis,dialysis combination with SMI im, and dialysis combination with SMI intraperitoneal administration; among of them, the ability of reducing BUN in dialysis, combination with SMI intraperitoneal administration group was better than that of single dialysis group. Kidney stereopsis analysis showed the improvement of kidney compensatory hypertrophy and glomerulosclerosis in groups of SMI combination with dialysis was better than that of single dialysis group; the best results were especially in group of dialysis combination with SMI intraperitoneal administration.
