摘要
目的分析昆明地区无偿献血者中HIV的流行状况,为招募和选择无偿献血者提供依据。方法收集昆明地区2000年以来献血者的相关资料,对确认HIV阳性献血者进行统计分析。结果昆明地区无偿献血人群中HIV呈高流行态势,且逐年上升,包括大学生在内的无偿献血主要社会群体中,均发现了相当数量的感染者。结论昆明地区HIV已经从高危人群向普通人群传播,并呈现扩散趋势;做好献血者招募和选择,对确保输血安全非常重要。
Objective To analyze HIV seroprevalenee among voluntary blood donors,in order to enroll and select eligible voluntary blood donors. Methods Information about voluntary blood donors from 2000 to 2006 was colleted, then donors who were confirmed HIV seropositive were retrospectively analyzed by statistical comparison. Results In Kunming voluntary donors,HIV infection was in high popularity and rised with the time. And lots of infected donors were found in major donation groups, including college students：and so on. Conclusion In Kunming, HIV has being transmitted from high-risk population to ordinary ones, and diffuses. For ensuring transfusion safety, it＇s very urgent to do it seriously on enrolling and selecting eligible voluntary blood donors.
