摘要
分析了血液标本预稀释后放置０，２０，３０，６０和１８０分钟血细胞分析仪测定结果的变化情况。发现ＲＢＣ、ＷＢＣ、ＨＧＢ和ＭＰＶ四项参数的测定结果基本不发生改变。但是ＷＢＣ三分类的结果和ＷＢＣ分布曲线的形态随稀释标本放置时间延长会发生明显改变，在３０ｍｉｎ时，ＬＹＭ％明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＧＲＡＮ％明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＰＬＴ和ＭＣＶ随稀释标本放置时间延长而逐渐降低，ＰＬＴ降低在６０ｍｉｎ，ＭＣＶ降低在３０ｍｉｎ开始有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。因此，使用血细胞分析仪时，已稀释标本应在２０ｍｉｎ以内测定。
The test results by hematology analyzer at 0,20,30,60 and 180 minutes after the dilution of anti coagulating blood specimen were studied in this paper.It was observed that RBC,WBC,Hb and MPV results of pre diluted specimen were stable in 180 minutes,but MCV,PLT and WBC 3 parts differential values as well as WBC histogram changed with the diluted time of the samples.The writer suggest that pre diluted blood specimen be tested in 20 minutes.If any pre diluted sample is tested later than 20 minutes,the WBC 3 parts differential and PLT results can not be reported.
