摘要
用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法检测了１３种蛇蜕药材的２４种微量元素，结果表明蛇蜕中微量元素的种类较蛇类药材为多，并含有丰富的Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ和Ｃｕ等人体必需的微量元素，同时蛇蜕中还有含量较高的Ａｌ和Ｐｂ，一部分还有Ｂｅ、Ｃｄ和Ａｓ等有害元素存在。
The concentrations of 24 inorganic elements in 13 species of snake slough are analyzed by the ICP-AES method.The results show that Fe,Mg,Zn,Mn and Cu,which are necessary for people's health,are abundant in the snake slough.The results also show that a certain content of Al and Pb exists in all of the snake slough and Be,Cd and As in some fo the snake slough.So the affection of these elements,which were harmful for people's health,should be considered when they are used as medicines.
