摘要
师德在整个社会道德建设中有着特殊的意义,在市场经济条件下加强师德建设十分迫切。敬业、爱岗、奉献三者互相联系,共同构成了教师职业道德的核心。根据我国社会主义现代化发展要求,建立适合的师德体系。
Teachers＇ morality has special meaning in the morality construction of society. Strengthening teachers＇ morality is very urgent and necessary from the trait of teachers＇ career and situation of teachers＇ morality at the stage of market economy. Respecting, loving, devotion correlating each other constitute the core of teachers＇ career morality. Suitable teachers＇ morality system should be set up according to the aim of the development of socialism modernization.
