管理案例教学要取得好的效果,离不开教师角色的准确定位,教师在成功的案例教学中实际扮演了主持人、发言人、导演、催化剂等多种角色。管理案例教学中教师要注重课前准备、讲究课堂技巧、做好总结打分等教学步骤和教学技巧,才能定位准确、角色扮演得体。
The management case teaching can not achieve good effect without defining teachers' role accurately. The teacher has actedas the director, the spokesperson, the director, the catalyst and so on in the successful case teaching. In the management case teaching the teacher wants to pay attention to the teaching steps and the skills that preparation beforehe class, the classroom skill, completing the summary and the classification, he can locate the role accurately.
