摘要
清洁发展机制(CDM)是《京都议定书》框架下用以帮助发达国家和企业实现温室气体减排目标的三个灵活机制之一。我国集约化畜禽养殖场行业污染危害日益严重,如果对大中型养殖场的禽畜粪便进行集中处理,建立沼气工程,并引入CDM项目,通过出售经核证的减排量(CER s),不仅可以带来环境效益而且也具有较好的经济效益。本文分析了此类工程CO2减排量的计算,及通过出售CER s的内部经济性改善。
The Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） is one of the three-market mechanisms set up to help developed countries and industries flexibly meet their emission reduction targets. In China, the pollution caused by large scale livestock farms is increasingly serious. Sale of the CEBs through establishing biogas project in large scale livestock farms, not only the manure could be treated intensively, but also economic benefits could be obtained. In this paper, the GHG mitigation benefits by biogas project and the improvement of IRR from the sale of CEBs were analyzed.
