油田产出水中一株产多糖细菌的分离、鉴定及发酵条件优化

摘要 从油田采出水样品中,经过富集,筛选,分离得到一株产胞外聚合物、革兰氏阴性、不产生芽孢,具运动性的菌株;它能以蔗糖、淀粉或糖蜜为底物产胞外聚合物,经过鉴定为土壤杆菌。对其最优营养配方进行了考察。结果表明,该细菌在微生物提高石油采收率(MEOR)中具有应用潜力。 A strain producing extracellular polymer was isolated by cuhureing, screening,isolating from water samples of oil field is gram - negative, unable to form spore, motile and has ability to produce extracellular polymer on carbon substrates such as sucrose, amylum, molasses. Identification indicates it is similar to Agrobacterium and an experiment of its optimal composing of substrates was also carried out. Results indicates these microbes can be potentially used in microbial enhancement of oil recovery(MEOR).
