摘要
本文基于对企业核心竞争力内涵、决定因素的分析,设计了评价的指标体系,构建了模糊综合评价模型,阐述了我国东部衰退矿区向西部能源富集地战略转移前进行企业核心竞争力评价的必要性以及转移前提,对徐州矿务集团(一大型衰退矿区)的核心竞争力进行了评价与分析,并提出了相关的政策建议。
Based on the analysis of the connotation and the decision elements of the enterprise core competitive capacity, the evaluation index system is designed, the mathematics models for the fuzzy synthesis evaluation are upbuih. The necessity for evaluationg the core competitve and transfer premise before the decline mines in the eastern region transferring to the western energy concentrative area are expounded. The core competitive capacity of Xuzhou Mine Group Corporation （a large failing mine） is evaluated and analyzed and some suggestions about the policy are posed.
