摘要
贴片机是集光、机、电一体化技术的产物。针对某贴片机进行基于PC机器视觉的贴片机的视觉对中应用研究,选用高性价比的视觉硬件,采用Hexsight图像开发包在.NET环境下进行二次开发实现图像定位功能,利用最小二乘法拟合出吸嘴旋转过程中实际轴心,并编写偏移补偿算法最终实现视觉对中。经过反复测试,证明该视觉对中方法达到视觉对中的要求。
Placememt machine is a kind of product with the technology of light, mechanic and electronics. A placement machine vision processing system based on the PC platform machine vision is studied. By using the high performance to price ratio vision hardware and Hexsight image development tools to carry out the second development in . net environment, the framing function is realized. The real axes of the suction nozzle in its circling process is fitted by the least square method, then the vision processing is obtained by programming the migration compensatory algorithm. By repeating testing, it is proved that this vision processing system meets the request of vision processing.
