摘要
以一缩二乙二醇(DEG)为醇解剂,研究了氨纶废丝与醇解剂(DEG)配比,催化剂用量,反应温度,反应时间对醇解反应的影响.结果表明,氨纶废丝醇解的最佳工艺条件为:氨纶废丝与醇解剂(DEG)质量比为1:4,催化剂(乙酸钾)用量为0.25%~0.75%,反应温度200℃,反应时间为5h.产物羟值473.55mgKOH/g.
An investigation was made on the effects of glycolysis using diethylene glycol(DEG) as the reagent for glycolysis, such as the weight ratio of waste Spandex to the reagent for glycolysis (DEG), the catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time. The results show that the optimum conditions for the glycolysis of waste Spandex are as follows: the weight ratio of waste Spandex to the reagent for glycolysis (DEG) is 1 : 4; the catalyst (potassium acetate) dosage is 0. 25%~0.75%; 200℃ for 5 h. The hydroxyl value of product is 473.55 mg KOH/g.
