摘要
为了寻求固定边界条件下最佳性能的双迭片压电振子的Unimorph弯振换能器,计算和分析了这种压电振子的共振频率、有效机电耦合系数与振子尺寸之间的关系,得出了设计弯曲换能器的最佳几何参数.结果表明,几何参数的变化对换能器的谐振频率和机电耦合系数影响很大,当参数α=0.49,β=0.71时有效机电耦合系数最高,可以达到0.31.
In order to find the optimal performance of the fixed-edge double-layer piezoelectric Unimorph flexural transducer, the relationship between the resonance frequency, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient and size of the piezoelectric actuator are calculated and analyzed, the optimum design of geometric parameters is obtained . The result shows that the geometric parameters change is very great influence to the transducer resonance frequency and the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient, when the thinckness ratio α and the radius ratio β are 0.49 and 0.71 respectively, the effective elec- tromechanical coupling coefficient reaches its maximum value 0.31.
