摘要
随着半导体与光电技术的迅速发展,固态图像传感器也应运而生并得以广泛应用.阐述了固态图像传感器的工作原理;介绍并分析了固态图像传感器的分类、结构及特性.在此基础上,着重对其在测控及图像识别领域的应用进行了论述.
With rapid development of semiconductor and photoelectric technology, solid-state photo sensor appeared and is extensively used. This paper elaborates work principle of solid-state photo sensor; introduces and analyzed categories, structure and features of sensors. Based on it, the application of it to measure control and image identification is emphatically elaborated.
