摘要
系统阐述了电力系统自动化专业继电保护方向4个学科前沿问题.介绍了变压器励磁涌流和匝间故障电流的识别问题;小电流接地系统故障选线问题;叙述了电力系统继电保护的发展方向广域网继电保护问题;从电力系统控制的角度,阐述了可控串联补偿器(TCSC)控制问题.
This paper states the four foremost issues in protevtive relaying of electric power system & automatization. And it ntroduces the problems to distinguish excitation inrush current of transformer from malfunction current of inter- turn, to select fault line of low current grounding system. The development direction of electric power system relay protection, namely, wide area network relay protection is stated. Control problem of Thyristor Controlled Series Compensation (TCSC) is discussed on term of Dower syseem cantrol.
