摘要 20世纪90年代之后随着腔镜技术的发展,腔镜在腹主动脉瘤治疗中的应用逐渐兴起并且技术日趋成熟。其微创、术后快速恢复及确切的短中期效果等优点使其成为继传统开腹手术和经皮腔内支架置入术后的第三种治疗方法。目前腹主动脉瘤的腔镜治疗可分为全腹腔镜腹主动脉瘤手术、腹腔镜辅助腹主动脉瘤手术、助腹主动脉瘤手术、机器人辅助腹主动脉瘤手术、腔镜联合经皮腔内治疗等。 Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair has undergone vast changes in the last decade. In addition to conventional and endovascular techniques, laparoscopic surgery is now becoming a third way to treat patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm. As a minimal procedure, laparoscopy has been shown in the field of general surgery to improve patients' post - operation recovery and shorten hospital stay. The same benefits of laparoscopy could be expected from a laparoscopy approach for abdominal aortic aneurysm repair. Several different laparoscopic techniques are available: total laparoscopic abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery, laparoscopic - assisted abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery, hand - assisted laparoscopic abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery, robot - assisted abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery, combined laparoscopic and endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery.
