大型轴向固定床反应器中流体流动的数值模拟 被引量:13

Numerical Simulation of Fluid Flow in Large Scale Axial Fixed Bed Reactor

摘要 根据固定床反应器内液体的流动特性建立了统一模型控制方程组,提出一种对各相同性或异性多孔介质的平方阻力系数进行估算的方法,对大型固定床反应器中液体通过入口分布器及多孔介质的流动问题进行数值计算。计算结果表明,入口分布器和惰性填料可使反应器内液体流动的均匀性得到明显改善;入口分布器顶部开孔对催化剂床层内液体流速径向分布影响较小;降低分布器高度未对液体流速径向分布产生明显的影响;反应器底部装填瓷球等填料虽有利于改善反应器自由空间区的流体流动的均匀性,但对液体在床层内的流动影响不大。 Unified fundamental equation group of liquid flow in fixed bed reactor was established according to characteristics of the liquid flow. An estimating method for quadratic resistance coefficient of isotropic and anisotropic porous media was presented. The numerical simulation of liquid flow through the inlet distributor and porous media in large - scale axial fixed bed reactor was carried out. Inlet distributor and inert fillers can improve uniformity of liquid flow in the reactor. Perforating on top of inlet distributor does not bring out remarkable change on radial distribution of liquid flow velocity in the catalyst layer. Reducting height of inlet distributor shows unobvious effect on the radial distribution of liquid flow velocity in the reactor. Loading ceramic bails in bottom of the reactor has no significant influence on liquid flow in catalyst layer either but can improve uniformity of liquid flow in free space of the reactor.
