摘要
法治社会是和谐社会的首要特征和核心内容,是和谐社会的前提基础和制度保障,因此,和谐社会实质上就是一种法治社会。法治社会的终极目标就是和谐社会,法治是构建和谐社会的前提与保障,所以,构建和谐社会应当首先创建法治社会,构建和谐社会的法治理念,构建和谐社会的法治目标,构建和谐社会的法治途径。
The rule of law is the primary feature and core content of a harmonious society, and it is
also a premise and institutional guarantee for a harmonious society. Therefore, the harmonious society is essentially a rule-of-law society, whose ultimate purpose is to build a harmonious society. The article points out that the establishment of a harmonious society should begin with the building of a rule-of-law society.
