摘要
目的 探讨综合性综合性护理干预对视网膜脱离手术患者术前血压、心率稳定以及减轻术后疼痛的效果。方法 将100例需行视网膜脱离手术的患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组入院后实施系统的综合性护理干预，对照组只进行一般的心理护理。比较2组患者入院时及术前30min血压、心率的变化及术后24h的疼痛状况。结果 入院时2组患者测量的血压、心率值比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预组患者术前的血压、心率值明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；干预组患者的疼痛状态均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 系统的有针对性的综合性护理干预对患者术前血压、心率的控制及减轻患者术后疼痛方面均优于一般的心理护理。
Objective In order to know the influence of nursing intervention on the preoperative blood pressure, heart rate and postoperative pains. Methods Divided 100 patients with retinal detachment into the intervention group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases） randomly. Nursing intervention was used in the intervention group, while the routine nursing cares were used in control group. Compared the preoperative blood pressure, heart rate and postoperative pains between the two groups. Results At the time point of entering hospital, there was no significant difference between the two groups on blood pressure and heart rate, P〉0.05. After the nursing intervention, the preoperative blood pressure, heart rate and the postoperative pains in intervention group were significantly better than those of in control group, P〈0.01. Condusioas Systemic and scientific nursing intervention can effectively control the preoperative blood pressure, heart rate and the postoperative pains for patients.
