曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者的护理 被引量：1

摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变是导致视力低下的主要眼底病之一，黄斑水肿是其中最主要的原因，在糖尿病病史超过20年的患者中约29％会发生黄斑水肿，其中一半以上的患者会在2年的随访中有视力的下降。近年来发现玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德（triamcinolone acetonide，TA），可以在较短时间内使黄斑水肿减轻或消退。我院2005年3—12月应用TA玻璃体腔内注射治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者23例，取得了很好的效果，现报道如下。
