摘要
阐述了高等学校财务运转情况是直接影响高校稳定与发展的因素,并通过分析高校财务监管缺失的现状以及产生监管缺失的原因,讨论了强化高校财务监管的具体措施,为加强高等学校财务管理提出了建设性意见。
This article states that those college financial conditions have direct influences on college stability and development, discusses the realistic measurements to strengthen college financial managements by ways of analyzing the present conditions and causes of lacking financial managements as well as proposing constructive advices.
