脂联素与多囊卵巢综合征代谢紊乱 被引量：3

摘要 脂联素(adiponectin)是最近发现的脂肪特异性蛋白,可以影响血糖血脂代谢,改善胰岛素抵抗,抗动脉粥样硬化等,对代谢综合征的发生发展起着重要作用;而多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的患者存在肥胖、脂质与糖代谢异常、胰岛素抵抗、心血管病变等代谢综合症的表现,本文分别从基因水平和代谢水平综述脂联素与PCOS内分泌代谢紊乱的相关联系。
