摘要
目的探讨骨引导再生术(GBR)在口腔种植临床中的应用价值。方法对20例上前牙单牙缺失后牙槽骨狭窄无法直接植入种植体患者行GBR及种植体置入术,术后1、24周分别测量牙槽骨宽度。结果术后24周牙槽骨宽度均恢复到预期设计要求,符合种植体功能和美学要求。结论对骨缺失患者同期行GBR和种植体植入术效果良好,可拓宽种植手术适应证的范围。
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical treatment effects of guided bone regeneration technique in implant clinical cases. [Methods] 20 implants were inserted in atrophic maxillary anterior region of 20 patients using guided bone regeneration technique. The width of guiding zone was examined after 1 week and 24 weeks. [Results] The width reached the expectation. All of the implants functioned well and met aesthetic request. [Conclusion] Guided bone regeneration technique can improve the bone quality and preserve bone quality when inserting implants in atrophic maxillary anterior region. The clinical treatment effects are satisfactory and has wider indictions.
