热解条件对煤焦结构及气化反应活性的影响 被引量:26

EFFECT OF PYROLYSIS CONDITIONS ON THE STRUCTURE AND GASIFICATION REACTIVITY OF CHAR

摘要 在不同热解条件下制得5种煤焦,考察了热解温度、升温速率对煤焦结构性质及CO2气化反应活性的影响.其中4组煤焦由神木煤和华亭煤在1100℃和1500℃常压沉降炉中快速热解制得,还有1组煤焦在固定床中以10℃/min加热到900℃,并停留30min得到.慢速热解煤焦孔隙结构不发达,BET比表面积仅为1.58m2/g,而快速热解煤焦存在大量的微孔和中孔结构,得到的比表面积要大得多,但随热解温度的增大而减小.煤焦与CO2在0.1MPa和3.1MPa系统压力下的反应速率均随热解终温的升高而减小,但与慢速热解煤焦的结构性质无法直接关联.热解温度对煤焦炭微观结构及矿物质催化性能的影响导致了反应活性的下降. Five chars were prepared under different conditions and reacted with CO2 to investigate the effect of heating rate and pyrolysis temperature on the pore structure and reactivties. Four chars were prepared in an atmospheric pressure drop tube furnace at 1 100 ℃and 1 500 ℃, and the other one was prepared in a fixed bed reactor with the heating rate of 10 K/min up to the 900 ℃. The slow pyrolysis char had low BET surface as 1.58 m^2/g, while the rapid pyrolysis chars had much more micro-pores and meso-pores, but the surface areas decreased with pyrolysis temperature increase. The reactivities of all chars decreased with pyrolysis temperature increase, hence the reactivity of slow pyrolysis char could not correlate to the surface area. The char properties such as the microstructure and the catalytic capability were changed at high temperature, which was the main cause of low reactivity of char pyrolysised at temperature.
