摘要
燃料电池的耐久性问题是阻碍其商业化应用的一个重要原因阐述了近年来质子交换膜燃料电池催化剂耐久性的研究进展。研究表明,电池长时间运行后,催化剂碳载体会受到腐蚀,Pt颗粒会发生溶解、团聚、烧结。其主要影响因素被认为是:高电势、高温(50~90℃)、低pH(<2)及潮湿的运行环境等。还提出了增强催化剂耐久性的一些方法。
The durability is one of the primary factors that impede the large - scaled commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC). In this paper, some development of catalyst durability in recent years was discussed. Carbon corrosion and Pt particle dissolution, agglomeration, sintering could happen during the course of life testing of PEMFC, because catalyst must withstand high potential, high temperature(50 - 90℃ ), low pH( 〈 2) and liquid water. And some methods to improve the durability of catalyst for PEMFC were proposed in this paper.
