摘要
针对油田酸化增产中油管存在的酸腐蚀情况,建立了测定铁离子浓度的邻菲罗啉分光光度法,研究了酸液添加剂对铁离子含量测定造成的干扰及相应的消除方法。在此基础上,建立了酸液腐蚀速度的测试方法,将该法与传统失重法进行了对比,结果平均相对偏差为3.65%,说明分光光度法用于测定酸液腐蚀速度是可行的。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的优点,可用于实验室连续腐蚀测试和现场腐蚀监测。
With a view to the corrosion in acidic fluids of the steel pipelines used in oilfield,a method for the measurement of iron ions by henanthroline spectrophotometry was developed.The interference of acidic additives on the determination of the iron ions and the countermeasure for elimination of the interference were studied.Thus the method to measure the corrosion rate of the steel oil pipe in acidic fluid was established and compared with conventional method.It was found that the average relative deviation of the established method was 3.65%,indicating that it could be feasible to determine the corrosion rate of the steel oil pipe in acidic fluid by means of spectrophotometry.In general,the method had the advantages of simple and fast operation and good accuracy as well,and could be used for continuous determination of the corrosion rate in laboratory and for monitoring of corrosion in field as well.
