介绍了一种与现有帘幕涂装系统完全不同的全新结构,具有涂膜厚度调整方便、结构加工简单、并具有自动纠偏等功能,与一般喷涂相比,涂料浪费少,使用率达100%,尤其适用于涂料价格昂贵、工件为板材类的液态涂料涂装。
A shade-curtain coating system with new structure different from that of conventional ones was introduced.The system has the advantages of easy adjusting of the coating thickness,simple machining of frame structure,and ability to automatically rectify deviation.At the same time,the paint could be efficiently used up to a rate of 100%,and the system would be suitable to the coating of expensive liquid paints and plate-type workpieces.
