摘要
通过测绘、分析与综合了传动齿轮在轴上位置的固定方式,发现人字齿轮组因不可避免的啮合间隙引起人字齿轮组正反转时必然产生轴向位移的特点,以及滚齿机应用这一原理在双蜗杆与分度蜗轮啮合过程中促使蜗轮两侧受力平衡,从而提高了滚齿机的工作质量和使用寿命。
In this paper, an inevitable axial displacement feature of the hearing bone gears caused by the meshing clearance while rotating to and fro was found by surveying, mapping and analyzing the fixing forms of the transmission gears on the axes. By using this principle, the forces acted on two sides of the graduating worm wheel can be balanced in the process of being engaged with two worms, the working quality and working life, therefore, can be enhanced.
