摘要
利用非水性三氯硅烷溶液作组装液,采用浸涂法在铝合金表面沉积自组装膜层(SAMs),用红外光谱(FTIR)和循环伏安法(CV)对膜层进行表征并用热盐浴浸湿法、动电位扫描和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)法对膜层的耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,在铝合金表面已形成疏水性组装膜层,该膜层表面仍有一定量的针孔存在,虽然对铝合金表面具有一定的阻隔保护作用,但在腐蚀性介质中仍存在点蚀现象。
Non-aqueous trichlorosilane solution was used to prepare self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) on Al-alloy surface by means of dipping.The resulting SAMs were characterized using Fourier transformed infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry(CV).The corrosion resistance of the SAMs was evaluated by dipping in heated salt bath and using potentiodynamic scanning(PDS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) as well.The results indicated that the target SAMs were hydrophobic and had a certain amount of pinholes on the surface.Moreover,the SAMs were liable to pitting in corrosive environment,though they were capable of protecting the Al-alloy surface.
