摘要
在单螺杆挤出机上对马来酸酐(MAH)与聚丙烯(PP)的反应性挤出接枝过程进行了研究。详细考察了PP种类、DCP用量、MAH/DCP配比以及挤出条件对接枝产物接枝率和熔体粘度的影响。结果表明:DCP用量以及MAH/DCP配比对接枝率具有较大影响,随二者用量增加,产物的接枝率曲线呈峰形变化;在熔融接枝过程中PP热氧降解的程度与PP树脂种类、DCP用量以及挤出条件有关;选择合适的接枝工艺条件可以抑制PP的降解反应。
The article deals with reactive extrusion for grafting of Maleic Anhydride (MAH) on Polypropylene (PP) in a single-screw extruder The effects of PP types, added amount of DCP, the ratio of MAH/DCP,and extrusion conditions on grafting ratio and melt viscosity of products were investigated It was found that DCP concentration and the value of MAH/DCP would substantially influence the grafting ratio, which tended to show peak-like changes with increase of both DCP concentration and MAH/DCP; the extent of thermal and oxidative degradation on PP macromolecules during the melt grafting reaction was related with PP types, DCP concentration and extrusion conditions. By selection of suitable extrusion conditions and use of some additives, the degradation of PP could be limited to some extent
