摘要
用紫外光谱法研究了微量元素Ｆｅ３＋、Ｃｕ２＋、Ｚｎ２＋与维生素Ｂ１、Ｂ６的关系。结果表明Ｆｅ３＋、Ｃｕ２＋、Ｚｎ２＋对ＶＢ１、ＶＢ６紫外光谱影响顺序分别为Ｆｅ３＋＞Ｃｕ２＋＞Ｚｎ２＋、Ｆｅ３＋＞Ｚｎ２＋＞Ｃｕ２＋。
This paper studies the actions of microelements (Fe 3+ 、Cu 2+ 、Zn 2+ ) on the vitamin B 1 and B 6 with ultraviolet spectroscopy. The results show that the orders of microelements (Fe 3+ 、Cu 2+ 、Zn 2+ ) effect on the ultraviolet spectra of V B 1 and V B 6 are respectively Fe 3+ >Cu 2+ >Zn 2+ and Fe 3+ >Zn 2+ >Cu 2+ .
