摘要
介绍了一种新的碱性镀锌通用型光亮剂（WD928）．可用于氰化物镀锌以及无氰碱性镀锌液中。使用时，镀液的基本成分和条件是：ZnO1I～45g／L，NaOH100～150g／LNaCN0－80g/L，WD9288～10ml／L，t=0～45℃，D、D_k=0．5～60A／dm^2，还讨论了溶液中NaOH的浓渡对镀液的性能和镀层质量的影响。
A new brightener (WD 928) for zinc plating in cyanide and non-cyanide basic zincate solutions is introduced.In this case, the bath compositions and operating conditions are: ZnO 10~45, NaCN 0~ 80, NaOH 100~ 150g. L-1, WD928 8~10 ml. L-1, t=0~45℃,DK =0. 5~6. 0 A. dm-2. The effects of sodium hydroxide on plat-ing solution and deposit are discussed.
