骨水泥充填结合内固定治疗老年性肱骨近端Neer三、四部分骨折的回顾性分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的介绍应用骨水泥充填结合内固定治疗老年性肱骨近端Neer三、四部分骨折的经验并评估其疗效。方法采用切开复位、骨水泥充填结合内固定治疗25例老年性肱骨近端Neer三、四部分骨折,术后早期行患肢功能锻炼。结果25例随访8个月～5年,肩关节功能评分(按Neer评分标准)为85～96分,其中优21例,良4例。结论骨水泥充填结合内固定治疗可使骨折得到复位及稳定的固定,患肢能早期功能锻炼,是治疗老年性肱骨近端Neer三、四部分骨折的一种较好方法。
