摘要
在甲苯中,甲基二氯硅烷与氨气反应,生成甲基硅氮烷,它在氨基钠催化下,聚合成聚硅氮烷.1200℃下将聚硅氮烷进行高温热裂解,生成了以Si3N4为主的材料.材料在950℃热失重分析中仅失重0.069%,呈现很好的耐热性.还用IR。
Methylsilazane was synthsized in toluene by the reaction of methyldichlorosilane with ammonia.It was polymerized to polymethylsilazane in the presence of sodamide.Polymethylsilazane was pyrolyzed to the material serve as main body of silicon nitride at a constant heating rate from room temperature to 1200℃.The material was studied by thermogravimetry at a constant heating rate of 40.0℃/min from room tomporature to 950℃ to show good heat resistance to result in a weight loss of only 0.069%.Methylsilazane was characterized by means of IR,UV and 1 H-NMR.
